TV Caucasus founded on 21 June 1994. Innitially, the channel was broadcasted in Tbilisi and the surrounding area, however from February 1, 2016, together with Tbilisi Multiplex, it broadcasts additionally in Batumi, Zugdidi, Telavi, Kutaisi, Poti multiplexes. At the beginning, the channel was founded by Davit Akubardia, Geno Khrikadze and Davit Gergedava, hovewer for now Nino Jangirashvili is the owner and director of the channel.
